All utilities are included at Wakefield Hall, so the only things our residents are responsible for are any cable or internet services they choose.

Renters insurance is not required, but we strongly recommend it. It can help you repair or replace your personal property due to many types of damage or theft. Rental insurance ranges from about $12 to $20 per month and you are welcome to use any company you prefer. WC Smith property insurance will not cover your belongings.

Yes, we love cats just as much as you and if well behaved, they will always be welcome at Wakefield Hall.
